Job description
We're building a brand new service from scratch - one meant to become a core part of what Appunite offers. Someone needs to own getting it there: coordinating dozens of moving, interlinked pieces (documentation, tools, reviews, cross-team syncs) that all need to click into place before this service goes live.
This isn't a role where you set up a process and step back. You'll check where reality diverges from the plan, then close that gap yourself - planning, prioritizing, and actually pushing execution week over week. You'll work closely with GTM, Client Success and Service Delivery leads, plus outside consultants when needed.
If you like working close to the ground - running your own backlog, syncing people who don't report to you, and making things happen instead of waiting on someone else's plan - this is built for that.

Salary: 16 000 - 22 000 PLN net/month B2B - depending on your experience

Job requirements
A broad project management background - you've been the one-person glue holding together work across multiple departments, not just running your own dedicated team.
Experience aligning stakeholders without direct authority over them - you know how to sync people through influence, not hierarchy.
A hands-on mindset - you start by checking actual state against the plan, then move straight into planning and execution, not just oversight.
Strong core PM skills: backlog management, prioritization, keeping people and deadlines in sync, and reliably getting things over the line.
Fluent Polish and English.
Nice to have
Experience in service design - not required, but it sharpens how you close the gap between current and future state on a service blueprint.
Responsibilities
Own and prioritize the initiative's backlog (kanban) - track what's shipped, what needs review, and what's blocking progress.
Coordinate stakeholders across departments: design (UX), integration/automation, Service Delivery, and Client Success.
Drive the creation of documentation, processes and reports that stand on their own - not dependent on one person's memory.
Keep a weekly rhythm - make sure the initiative visibly moves forward every week, no exceptions.
After launch, keep iterating: observe, validate hypotheses, and shape v2 and v3 of the service.
