Job description

We're seeking an exceptional Vibe Coder for an innovative experimental project where you'll work autonomously with AI tools as your primary collaboration partner. This isn't about prompt engineering – it's about leveraging AI to amplify your senior-level expertise in building complete, production-ready products.

You'll own the entire product development lifecycle: from solution architecture and product decisions to delivery of a robust, scalable application. Think of it as being a technical co-founder with cutting-edge AI support.

Salary: up to 30 000 PLN net/ month B2B

Job requirements

Essential Requirements:

  • 5+ years of senior-level software development experience

  • Proven track record of delivering complete products end-to-end

  • Strong architectural thinking – ability to make sound technical decisions independently

  • Product mindset – understanding of user needs, business metrics, and market fit

  • AI tools proficiency – practical experience with AI-assisted development (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

  • Excellent communication skills – ability to articulate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders

  • Self-management excellence – thrives in autonomous work environments

Technical Stack (preferred but flexible):

  • Modern web technologies (React, Node.js, Elixir, Python, or similar)

  • Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

  • Database design and optimization

  • API design and integration

  • DevOps and deployment automation

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in startup/consulting environments

  • Track record as indie maker or side projects

  • Previous experience leading technical teams

  • Understanding of UX/UI principles

  • Machine learning or data science background

What You'll Do

  • End-to-end product development – from concept to production deployment

  • Strategic technical decisions – architecture, technology stack, and implementation approach

  • Product management – defining requirements, prioritizing features, and making trade-off decisions

  • AI-enhanced development – effectively leveraging AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining code quality

  • Stakeholder communication – regular updates and alignment with business objectives

  • Quality assurance – ensuring robust, maintainable, and scalable code output

Red Flags We Avoid

  • Developers who see AI as a magic wand rather than a sophisticated tool

  • Candidates who cannot explain their architectural decisions

  • Poor communication skills or inability to work independently

  • Lack of end-to-end project experience

  • Treating this as "just another coding job"
