About the project

We’re building a platform that supports a SaaS application for large enterprises to facilitate strategic management processes. The product is designed to be highly interactive, communication-focused, and deliver measurable business value at scale.

You’ll work closely with the client - aligning priorities, presenting progress, and shaping technical direction. You’ll have autonomy over implementation details and will be included in decision-making.

This is a fast-evolving product that bridges the worlds of Artificial Intelligence and scalable infrastructure.

Salary: 18,000-22,500 PLN net/month B2B

Job requirements

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Backend Developer

  • Solid knowledge of Elixir and its ecosystem:

    • knowledge about BEAM VM, clustering, message passing

    • familiarity with tools: ecto, exunit, phoenix, ETS

    • OTP knowledge

      • GenServer,

      • Supervisors,

    • Oban / Oban Pro,

  • Experience with:

    • PostgreSQL,

    • GraphQL (Absinthe),

    • Multi-tenant architectures,

  • Knowledge of Python, which is used to integrate our AI-core with the Elixir core.

  • Ability to write clear technical documentation.

  • Comfortable with direct client communication (daily syncs, demos, feedback).

  • Fluent Polish (internal team communication) and English (client communication).

  • Proactive, ownership-driven attitude and strong collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AI tooling or LLM frameworks:

    • LangGraph,

    • Pydantic AI,

    • LlamaIndex.

  • Knowledge of:

    • Graph databases (RDF with Turtle format),

    • Elixir LiveBooks,

    • Data pipelines, channels, websockets, and real-time applications.

  • DevOps fundamentals -Terraform and AWS.

  • Open to learning new languages that might play nicely with Elixir (Rustler / Zigler).

Our recruitment process is only 4 steps long:

  1. Culture&mission fit meeting with Recruitment Team (abt 60 minutes)

  2. Technical task (2-3 days to complete)

  3. Video interview with our AI & Backend Team (abt 90 minutes)

  4. Video interview with the client (abt 60 minutes)

  5. If any other step of the recruitment process is necessary, we will inform you!

  6. And finally, the decision, after which we can say “welcome on board.”
