Salary:

18 000-22 500 PLN net/month B2B

15 070- 18 840 PLN/ gross monthly UoP

Job requirements

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer

  • Solid knowledge of Elixir and its ecosystem:

    • knowledge about BEAM VM, clustering, message passing

    • familiarity with tools: ecto, exunit, phoenix, ETS

    • OTP knowledge

      • GenServer,

      • Supervisors,

    • Oban / Oban Pro,

  • Experience with:

    • PostgreSQL,

    • GraphQL (Absinthe),

    • Multi-tenant architectures,

  • Knowledge of Python, which is used to integrate our AI-core with the Elixir core.

  • Ability to write clear technical documentation.

  • Comfortable with direct client communication (daily syncs, demos, feedback).

  • Good written and spoken English

  • Proactive, ownership-driven attitude and strong collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AI tooling or LLM frameworks:

    • LangGraph,

    • Pydantic AI,

    • LlamaIndex.

  • Knowledge of:

    • Graph databases (RDF with Turtle format),

    • Elixir LiveBooks,

    • Data pipelines, channels, websockets, and real-time applications.

  • DevOps fundamentals -Terraform and AWS.

  • Open to learning new languages that might play nicely with Elixir (Rustler / Zigler).

  1. Culture&mission fit meeting with Recruitment Team (abt 60 minutes)

  2. Technical task (2-3 days to complete)

  3. Video interview with our AI & Backend Team (abt 90 minutes.

  4. And finally, the decision, after which we can say “welcome on board.”
