Product Owner

  • Remote
    • Poznań, Poland
  • PLN 16,000 - PLN 22,000 per month
  • PO/PM

Job description

Parcel lockers look simple from the outside. Behind every door that pops open sits a software stack that has to work across countries, partners and hardware - and right now it's being built from the ground up. You'd own one pillar of that platform.

This isn't a strategy-deck role. You'll take the direction for your pillar and turn it into a backlog engineers can pick up tomorrow morning. You'll make the day-to-day calls that keep delivery unblocked, and you'll be the one explaining why something waits while something else ships.

You'll sit between engineering, design, stakeholders across international markets, and the support team. When a complex issue lands in support, you make sure it gets solved - and that the pattern behind it ends up in discovery, not in a forgotten ticket.

If you like structure, enjoy prioritizing under real constraints, and feel uneasy when things fall through the cracks, this is built for you.

What we offer

  • Salary: 16 000 - 22 000 PLN net/month B2B - depending on your experience

  • Remote first approach

  • End-to-end ownership of one product pillar - your backlog, your decisions

  • A product where software meets physical hardware, used by real people every day

  • An international, partner-heavy context that sharpens your stakeholder game fast

Job requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B product management or ownership, integration, implementation, or technical project management - you've been accountable for what shipped, not just present when it did.

  • You've owned a backlog inside agile delivery - written the user stories, defined acceptance criteria, and run refinement until the team stopped asking "what does this actually mean?"

  • You've said "not now" to a stakeholder, explained the trade-off openly, and kept the relationship intact.

  • You can hold a technical conversation about APIs, system architecture, or platform products - enough to spot when a "small change" isn't small.

  • Low ego, hands-on. You'd rather fix the problem than write a memo about it, and you actively try new tools - including AI - to work better.

  • You collaborate comfortably across teams and cultures.

  • Business-level English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • Experience with products combining hardware and software - connected devices, IoT, or embedded systems.

  • Background in logistics.

  • German language skills.

  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

  • Turn strategic priorities for your pillar into a clear, prioritized backlog and drive delivery of its roadmap.

  • Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria and requirements, so the backlog is always ready for the next sprint.

  • Prioritize by balancing user needs, business value, technical constraints and stakeholder input - and communicate those trade-offs transparently.

  • Work hand in hand with engineers and designers, resolving ambiguity and making the product calls that keep delivery moving.

  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and other team rituals for your pillar.

  • Translate stakeholder and market feedback into structured, actionable insights for product discovery.

  • Partner with customer support to resolve complex issues and feed recurring patterns back into the backlog.

  • Track and report key product metrics, using trends to inform prioritization and roadmap decisions.

  • Keep requirements, workflows, known issues and product decisions documented, so nobody depends on your memory.
