Product Designer

  • Hybrid
    • Poznań, Poland
  • PLN 12,000 - PLN 17,500 per month
  • Designer

Job description

About the project

Be part of one of the most recognizable e-commerce platforms in Europe - a product used by tens of millions of people every month, with a history spanning more than two decades.

As a Product Designer, you'll work solo on your area of ownership, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders across a large corporate structure. You'll be the one proposing solutions, facilitating discussions, and advocating for users - while understanding that final decisions rest with the business. The ability to navigate complexity, work independently, and figure things out when direction isn't clear will make you successful here.

Most of the teams you'll work with are based in Poznań and Warsaw - so if that's where you are, you'll have a natural advantage when it comes to showing up in person and being part of the team's day-to-day.

Salary:

  • 12000 - 17500 PLN net/month B2B

  • 10000 - 14500 gross/month employee contract

Job requirements

What you’ll be doing

  • Work closely with design, product, and engineering teams to understand what users actually need, define clear user flows, and refine designs before launch

  • Design clean, consistent interfaces aligned with brand and usability standards; ensure accessibility and inclusive design practices

  • Leverage insights from user behaviour, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and inform product design

  • Use an agile, iterative approach in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and evolving timelines

  • Apply systems thinking to contribute to the evolution of our design system and visual language, keeping the experience consistent across the product

  • Present and defend design decisions to clients and internal stakeholders - clearly explaining trade-offs, risks, and rationale

What do we need for this position?

  • Min. 3 years of experience as a Product or UX Designer, with a portfolio that shows your process

  • Proven experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

  • Strong ability to self-organize and own your work end-to-end - you plan, prioritize, ask the right questions, and drive things forward without constant direction

  • Confidence in presenting and defending design decisions - you can propose multiple options, clearly recommend one, and explain your reasoning

  • Solid skills across the full design process, including personas, journey mapping, content strategy, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visuals

  • Experience collaborating with developers and PMs from early stages - not just handing off finished work

  • Active use of AI tools in your design workflow (e.g. Figma Make, Claude, Gemini) - this is not optional, it's how we work

  • Strong visual design skills - you care about craft, consistency, and how things look and feel, not just how they flow

  • You use data and research to inform decisions, not just intuition - and you turn research findings into actual design decisions

Recruitment process

The recruitment process is carried out in collaboration with our client, which may occasionally extend the timeline. We appreciate your patience.

  1. Video interview with our Recruitment Team (~45minutes)

  2. Technical interview with our Product Designers (~90minutes)

  3. Client-side interview - we will keep you informed throughout the process

  4. If any additional steps are necessary, we will inform you.

And finally, the decision, after which we can say “Welcome on board!.”
