Job description

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join a small, focused team building a platform that's changing how influencer marketing campaigns are run.

This isn't a role where you'll be maintaining someone else's legacy code and waiting for a ticket. You'll be one of two engineers on the project, which means real ownership from day one, direct client contact, and the features you build on Monday can be live by Friday.

The product itself is genuinely interesting: a three-portal platform (for clients, influencers, and the agency) with AI at its core - automating manual processes that used to live in spreadsheets. The stack is TypeScript throughout - React / Next.js on the frontend, Convex on the backend - and AI-assisted coding with Claude is part of how the team works every day, not a weekend experiment. MVP ships in August.

Salary:

  • 11 000 - 14 000 PLN net/month B2B

  • 9 200 - 11 700 PLN gross/ month UOP

Job requirements

Working at Appunite on this project, you will:

  • Build and maintain fullstack features for our influencer-campaign products, working across React / Next.js on the frontend and Convex on the backend

  • Use AI-assisted / agentic coding tools (including Claude) daily as part of your normal development workflow

  • Take ownership of tasks end to end - from understanding the need through to shipping to production

  • Communicate directly with the client in English to clarify requirements and share progress

  • Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to the quality of a small, fast-moving codebase

You would be a great fit if you:

  • Have a genuine passion for software engineering

  • Have at least 1 year of commercial work experience

  • Have at least 1 year of experience with TypeScript

  • Have hands-on experience with React and Next.js

  • Are comfortable with Node.js, Bun, or Deno

  • Communicate clearly in Polish and English, spoken and written - good enough for direct client communication

  • Are comfortable working closely in a small team with high autonomy and ownership

  • Have a curiosity and a self-driven approach to learning new tools and technologies

Nice to have:

  • A computer science or related technical education

  • Experience with agentic / AI coding tools

  • Experience with Convex (or other backend-as-a-service / serverless backends)
