Job description
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join Appunite and become a technical partner for our engineers and clients.
Your role won't be about writing code on a daily basis - it will be about understanding the technology deeply enough to be trusted by strong technical personalities, and clear enough to translate client needs into actionable plans and roadmaps.
You'll work closely with engineers across multiple stacks (front-end, back-end, mobile), our Service Delivery and Client Success folks, and clients themselves. You'll be the bridge that keeps product direction, technical feasibility, and team capacity in sync.

Salary up to 30,000 PLN net/month B2B
Working at Appunite, you will:
Act as a technical partner for engineering teams without being responsible for shipping code yourself,
Bridge client business needs with technical feasibility and team capacity,
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, building strong, long-term relationships,
Earn technical respect from senior engineers across front-end, back-end, and mobile,
Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Team Leaders, and the Service Delivery team,
Help shape how engineering management works at Appunite, together with leadership.
You would be the ideal fit for our team if you:
Have a strong technical background across multiple technologies (front-end, back-end, mobile) - you don't need to be a top hands-on programmer, but you understand the craft,
Have proven experience working directly with clients and translating their needs into delivery plans,
Communicate with clarity and confidence in both written and spoken Polish and English,
Build relationships naturally and can hold your ground with strong technical personalities,
Take ownership, challenge the status quo, and bring structure where it's missing,
Are well-organized and comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders and contexts,
Follow trends and best practices across modern product engineering,
Focus on continuous development - yours and the people around you,

Meeting with leadership to dive into your client-facing and technical experience. (1 h)
Case study / scenario session focused on how you'd partner with engineers and clients. (1.5h)
