We are a technology company dedicated to solving our clients' challenges. We’re seeking an Team Leader with strong competencies on backend platform to guide one of our teams with this mission at the forefront.

Salary:

28 000-32 000 PLN net/month B2B

23 440- 26 790 PLN/ gross monthly UoP

Job requirements

  • A Pragmatist: Someone who knows when to strive for perfection and when to deliver a solution that’s "good enough" on time.

  • A Technology Master: Someone deeply knowledgeable about technology, who controls it rather than being controlled by it.

    We use Elixir/Phoenix for the backend and it is our preferred technology. However, if you believe this is the ideal job for you and the only obstacle is a technology mismatch, we encourage you to reach out to us anyway.

  • A Holistic Thinker: Someone who looks beyond the client's product and focuses on the bigger picture—how our company delivers value and addresses the client’s needs.

Your Key Challenges:

  • End-to-End Technology Ownership: Managing the entire process—from ideation and implementation to post-deployment support.

  • Exceeding Client Expectations: Proactive listening to the client’s needs, responding to it through designing and delivering solutions (ideally faster and better than the client anticipates).

  • Impacting the Client's Business: Enhancing key business and product metrics through technological excellence.

  • Leading: Leading a medium-sized team (6-8) through our service iteration (i.e. from executing tasks to being responsible for a business metric/problem)

  • Managing: Managerial team duties like performance evaluation, team building, salary assessment, growth consulting, 1:1, etc…

  • Be fluent in Polish and English.


What does the recruitment process look like?

  • Video interview with Recruitment Team.

  • Technical task (3-4 days to complete)

  • Video interview with our Backend Team (abt 90 minutes)

  • Technical & leadership interview with a Team

  • If any other step of the recruitment process is necessary, we will inform you.

  • And finally, the decision, after which we can say “welcome on board."
