EmpoweredHouse is Appunite’s startup. We already built the hard part: Shugyo, the intelligence layer, and we started the work on EmpoweredHouseOS, the runtime. What's missing is the layer between product and market - nobody is systematically turning what exists into awareness, distribution and inbound.
This isn't an assistant role, and it isn't classic marketing either. You'll build a community around the thesis "your company is worth its own operating system" - community size is your core metric, submitted leads on the contact form are the result. You'll also own the operational side of running an AI-native startup, turning anything repeatable into an automated workflow. Full ownership of your metric, no one looking over your shoulder.
What we offer
Salary: 18,000 - 21,000 PLN net/month B2B - depending on your experience

Wymagania
Several complementary strengths rather than one specialization - real work combining communication/community-building, automation, and operational organization.
Fluency with Claude (or other LLM) and automation tools as your everyday working environment.
A track record of owning a single metric end to end - a weekly rhythm built around what moves the number.
Startup experience - closing things out on your own initiative, without waiting for instructions.
Real respect for administrative and operational work - deadlines and follow-ups you take seriously, not a necessary evil.
A demonstrated ability to build distribution that ends in submitted leads, not just reach.
Nice to have
Experience building a brand, or in GTM / community-led / content-led growth.
Experience building partner relationships and getting them ready for self-run implementations.
Enough technical grounding (low-code, data) to hold a conversation with an engineering team.
Responsibilities
Build and run a community around the movement - measured by people in it, not a mailing list.
Build awareness of the problem EmpoweredHouse solves, using existing Shugyo features and PNS materials.
Turn the team's expertise into visible content that builds the company's recognition.
Run startup administration - calendars, meeting coordination, follow-ups, deadlines, document flow.
Map and automate the organization's workflows (ops, GTM, onboarding).
Keep tools and data in order - Company OS as context, CRM as pipeline, funnel measured and repeatable.
Build a network of partners who implement PNS and Shugyo (Appunite is one partner, not the only one).
Bring prospects and partners to a submitted lead on the contact form - the team takes it from there.
