Salary range 11.000 - 15.000 PLN net/month B2B

Looking for new Android challenges, fresh tech-stack and global clients to work with? Join AppUnite, a software house based in Poznań, Poland, that caters tech solutions to clients all over US, Europe and Middle East since 2010.

We are looking for experienced Android developers to extend our team of 100+ people. Doesn’t matter if you want to work from our office or remotely from your home.


While working with us, you will:

  • Architect and develop Android applications in Kotlin,
  • Configure and use Continuous Integration service fully hosted & maintained by us,
  • Work with other developers on designing and reviewing new code,
  • Cooperate with creatives, business, and engineers alike, drive the technical decisions behind our team’s work,
  • Follow best practices for writing, reviewing and deploying good code:
    • We use JIRA/Asana for tasks management,
    • Any changes to the code are submitted via PRs,
    • Each PR has to be reviewed by at least one other developer,
    • We write both unit & UI tests,
    • We have CI set up, that runs lint, unit and UI tests for each commit, and deploy an application to GooglePlay / Firebase Crashlytics automatically,
    • We do pair programming / cross-projects review from time to time,
    • Business functionalities are tested by our own QAs,
    • Designs are well prepared beforehand by professional designers and exported to Zeplin / Sketch.


We want you in our team if you:

  • have excellent problem solving skills and love technical challenges,
  • take care of the app quality and good relations with the client and team,
  • feel accountable for team performance,
  • can lead a team of devs efficiently,
  • are able to build world-class apps from scratch,
  • have at least 3 years of professional experience as a software developer,
  • have very good knowledge of Android SDK and Kotlin,
  • are familiar with RxJava, Dagger and Android Architecture Components,
  • have good knowledge of common architectural patterns like MVP and MVVM,
  • have experience with JSON based REST APIs,
  • have experience with CI/CD,
  • write tests for your apps,
  • have experience with commonly used external libraries like OkHttp, Retrofit, Glide,
  • can communicate in spoken and written English (minimum B2).

We want you in our team if you:

  • contributed to open source projects,
  • have experience with Android NDK,
  • have experience with Flutter and iOS,
  • have experience with GraphQL and Protobuf,
  • have experience with public speeches,
  • have broad IT knowledge,
  • have a Computer Science or similar engineering degree.
