We are not a standard, traditional HR department - we are a team!

A team of four wonderful girls, full of positive energy, willingness for action, smiles… and also, with us it is never quiet. For us, there are no impossible tasks.

Our tasks include recruitment, implementation of hiring plans, tasks connected to onboarding and offboarding processes, events and employer branding topics and handling all documents and processes within the company.

We work in close cooperation with each other while maintaining and building positive relationships with the entire AppUnite team.

We support each other and help with everyday work.

We are constantly looking for ideas to improve both our work and that of the entire company.

What counts for us are people, and what they bring to our AppUnite team. For us, everyone is unique and priceless.

We are looking for another person to join our team who will deal with recruitment topics in a creative and active way, someone who will help us find new talent for our AppUnite team.

The ideal candidate will know how and where to look for candidates on the market (in particular from the IT industry), what tools are best for this and who can use them.

Working at AppUnite, you will:

  • Be responsible for conducting recruitment projects,

  • Source candidates using modern recruitment techniques and tools, including direct search,

  • Maintain the Candidate Experience at a high level,

  • Work with Team Leaders and the AppUnite team to find suitable candidates for a team,

  • Create a recruitment strategy,

  • Be a part of a unique, people-focused team,

  • Have the opportunity and space to develop in an area important to you,

  • Have the opportunity to create our company’s culture, your own initiatives and also to process improvements that already exist


You would be the ideal fit for our team if you:

  • Have previous working experience as a Recruiter (min. 2 years),

  • Have experience in sourcing Tech talent,

  • Know and are interested in the IT industry,

  • Know and use different sourcing tools,

  • Are communicative in written and spoken Polish and English,

  • Want to have a real input in what you do and how you do it,

  • Easily establish and maintain positive relationships with people,

  • Are a team player with great communication skills,

  • Have empathy and mutual respect,

  • Are very well-organized,

  • Value accuracy, reliability and orientation to detail.

Our recruitment idea

We have projects from different sectors, using a variety of technology stacks, startup or enterprise environments, and in different phases of the product life cycle which require different skills and levels of experience from candidates. You can switch teams, but by mutual agreement between you and your leaders - it's all about discussion. This means that you won't be thrown into "projects” for a week and switch between them weekly, which sometimes happens in traditional software houses. What does the recruitment process look like?

  1. Video interview with People Team.
  2. If everything goes smoothly - you’ll be invited to a technical challenge.
  3. If any other step of the recruitment process is necessary, we will inform you.
  4. And finally, the decision, after which we can say “welcome on board.”
